I have had these metal tags for along time and when I colored in this image for the tulips, I knew that it would be the perfect embellishment to add to the card. For some reason, the way the light worked when I took the photo, it looks like my mats and image aren't glued down, but they are.I hope that you , too believe that Spring is on its way!!
